Onetime Rentals / Pay Per Rental (No Membership To Rent) Features:
- Daily, Weekly, Month rental pricing: Each item can have a daily price, weekly price, and monthly rental price
- Special shipping charges can be applied to onetime rentals (up to 5 shipping methods per item i.e. ground, 2 day, 3 day, overnight, etc.)
- Admin can view each onetime rental inventory item individually as to who has reserved it
- Customer can use a calendar to reserve their item, and view availability
- Overbooking feature - if you want to allow more reservations than you actually have of inventory, this allows you to do that
- Ability to run a onetime rental store, rental queue membership based store, and regular for sale items all at once if desired from the same store/admin
- Offer rental insurance: optional feature that can be configured in the admin based on the percentage of the rental cost
- Credit Card details are saved to the order in case you later need to charge for damage to items. All credit card details are encrypted in the database
- Authorize, or authorize and charge: chose whether you just want to authorize their credit card, or authorize and charge when they place their order
- Special authorization charge: if you want to charge an authorization charge different from the actual rental cost to make sure they have a valid credit card
- Each rental inventory item can be tracked individually by the admin to note comments about the item or its condition

If you prefer as a customizable option, we can integrate the system with your credit card processors recurring billing system if you prefer to not store any credit card data yourself.

Multi-Inventory Center Module (Cost $350 Extra)
- Inventory Zoning - Setup an unlimited amount of inventory centers. Each inventory center has a page where you can draw on top of a Google Map the delivery area. This allows for more precise inventory center zoning over the zip code method.
- Inventor Center Inventory Management - each barcode/inventory item that you have can belong to a inventory center. When your customers return rentals, you can chose if you want the rental to go back to the original inventory center or to a different one.
- Customer Inventory Center Zoning - on the customer edit page, you can view which inventory center a customer belongs to. Rentals are automatically selected for the customer for the nearest inventory center location
- Address Availability Checking - You can enable an availability check so that in order for a customer to rent something or checkout, they first have to register their address to see if they are in an inventory center delivery zone. Checkout page can also be disabled optionally via an admin configuration setting if the customer is not in an available delivery area.
